This is the official hub for members who wish to apply for a Community Rank in recognition of their activity, behavior, and contributions to the Gulf Community Forums. Each rank will display on your forum profile as a title name to reward you as a way of showing our appreciation for your contribution to the Gulf City community.

Below are the available ranks and the requirements needed to qualify.

Available Ranks & Requirements

[JCM] Junior Community Member
Entry-level recognition rank

• At least 10 posts (non-spam, relevant and helpful)
• Member for at least 1 week
• Participated in at least 1 discussion topic
• Positive and respectful behavior

[RCM] Regular Community Member
For consistent and helpful members

• At least 30 posts
• At least 2 weeks since receiving JCM
• At least 3 helpful replies in the Assistance Board
• Created at least 1 helpful guide or tutorial
• Regular participation in discussion topics
• Good behavior and forum rule compliance

[SGM] Senior Gulf Member
Top-tier rank for long-term contributors

• At least 50 quality posts
• At least 1 month since receiving RCM
• Minimum of 5 helpful posts in the Assistance Board
• At least 2 original guides/tutorials
• Active involvement in community discussions
• Demonstrated leadership, maturity, and ongoing contributions

Note: Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed based on quality, consistency, and impact.

= How to Apply=

You may write your application in your own format and style! However, the following key points must be included:

1. Public Introduction: Tell us who you are, your interests, and your role in the community.
2. Rank You're Applying For: Clearly state if you're applying for JCM, RCM, or SGM.
3. Why You Deserve It: Explain your contributions, activity, and overall impact.
4. Requirements Check: Briefly state whether or not you meet the listed requirements, and provide links/examples where applicable.

To Submit Your Application:
Create a New Topic in this section with the title:
[Rank] Application - YourNickname
(example: [JCM] Application - Nickname)

Then write your application following the key points above.

Reminder: Low-effort or vague applications will be denied. Take your time to put effort into your application. The Staff Team will review your application once it's posted. Be patient.
